Originally from Milwaukee, Elizabeth headed west in 2001 to attend Colorado College and immediately fell in love with Colorado’s four seasons and the abundant opportunities for outdoor adventure. After spending the first part of her career at Sotheby’s International Realty, she was thrilled to join Kentwood Real Estate in 2011. She points to Kentwood’s strong reputation, ethics and culture of collaboration as just some of the reasons she chose to be a Kentwood broker.
In 2012, Elizabeth joined forces with Pam Coakley with the shared vision of offering clients a level of service, experience and market knowledge rarely seen in the real estate industry. Elizabeth and the Coakley Sacerdoti team have won 5280 Magazine’s Five-Star Real Estate agent award every year, consistently ranking among Kentwood Cherry Creek’s top 3 producers in volume and transactions closed.
Whether a client is purchasing their dream home, a first home, investing, downsizing or expanding their current property, Elizabeth is an expert strategist, trusted advocate and seasoned negotiator. Drawing on a diverse background in fundraising and academia, Elizabeth excels at managing the process of purchasing and selling property so that her clients are aware of their every opportunity. She works tirelessly to ensure her clients derive the greatest return and satisfaction from their experience.
Elizabeth breaks the transaction down into clear steps, patiently explaining each process, so a client feels knowledgeable, empowered and an integral part of the decision-making team. She adds, “I focus on personal relationships and become friends with most of my clients. Almost 100% of my clients are referrals and I am proud to have worked with multiple generations of families as well as large companies and organizations.” Having painstakingly remodeled an 1895 Victorian as well as lived in a newly constructed home, she provides her clients deep insight into Denver’s wide range of neighborhoods, inventory, and school districts.
When she and her husband aren’t volunteering at their daughters’ school, she can be found hurtling down the ski slopes, hiking, cuddling with their beloved Weimaraner, Ruby, dining out at her favorite restaurants or deep into her next book club selection
