Wendy was born and raised in the North Shore of Chicago in Glencoe, Illinois. Her father was a real estate developer as was her grandfather.
Wendy is married to David Lee, one of Denver's top commercial real estate brokers. David's mother, Mary Ann Lee was one of the leading residential brokers in the Denver area for 45 years. She was one of the founders of Denver's first all-female owned residential real estate firms, The Devonshire Company.
Wendy and David have bought and sold 10 homes in 8 different neighborhoods around the Denver area, including Cherry Creek, Hill Top and Cherry Hills Village. They are currently residing in Observatory Park. They have a son in college at CSU, Fort Collins.
After sending their son to college, it seemed natural to her to go into a business she has been close to her whole life.
She also brings along her own experience in buying and selling so many properties in the Denver area.
Wendy acted and modeled for 30 years following high school. She appeared in hundreds of print advertisements, TV commercials and industrial films.
Along the way she studied to be a chef at Kendall College in Evanston, IL, and Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France. She specializes in cooking for people who suffer from severe food allergies.
Wendy actively supports: The Food Allergy Research and Education Foundation, Denver Art Museum, First Tee, Denver Dumb Friends League, Alzheimer's Foundation and the Sons and Daughters of WWII Veterans.
