Living and working in the Denver and Boulder areas contributed to my exceptional knowledge of both communities. Attending the University of Colorado at Boulder framed my love for the town, and I still spend much of my free time visiting the city and helping real estate purchasers and sellers there.
The first home I purchased was in Denver’s historic Montclair neighborhood; centrally located near my Kentwood office in Cherry Creek allowing me to concentrate on the areas of Stapleton, Lowry, Park Hill and more specifically Montclair. When my business began drawing me more and more to the north metro area, and seeing the rapid growth in that quadrant, I moved back to Erie in 2016, where my real estate career began.
Since then I have worked to cultivate an encyclopedic knowledge of where the greater community is and where it is going. I pride myself on being one of the first to know what and when new projects are coming to the area. I have an understanding of the unique pros and cons of each neighborhood in and around the Erie area, with a particular knowledge of Colliers Hill, where we make our home.
As a lifelong sports enthusiast, I played baseball and rugby, collegiately. Now I expend the passion and energy, required to excel in sports, to insure that each client receives the uncompromising professionalism necessary to find their ideal home or obtain the highest value for an existing home. An enjoyment of sabermetrics in baseball has translated to a passion and proficiency for spotting and analyzing values and trends in the market place that gives my clients an edge in making their real estate decisions and transactions.
