To say that Whitney has real estate in her blood wouldn’t be much of an exaggeration. After considering a career in science while studying biochemistry at Lehigh University, Whitney’s destiny came into focus when she caught the real estate bug after graduation. From 2014 – 2019, she excelled in sales positions with two highly-respected local homebuilders, Richmond American Homes and Lokal Homes. Gaining vast insight into the product side of the business and the entire real estate transaction, she learned to see a deal from all perspectives and successfully sold more than 100 homes in the first five years of her career.
Looking for a new challenge, Whitney joined Kentwood in 2019. With a mastery of today’s most cutting-edge marketing and data tools, she quickly acclimated to being on the other side of the table. She attributes this greatly to the fact that, while Kentwood continues to innovate and improve, they never forget about “old school” relationship-building that makes Kentwood agents the very best in the business. Seeing the big picture while paying attention to the details. Working that extra hour when your competition is turning off the light. Actively listening to clients and being patient with them. Collaborating sincerely with your colleagues. Supporting your community. And never, ever sacrificing your integrity. Looking back on it, her dad, also a Kentwood broker, taught her that a business built on relationships will flourish if you treat people honestly, fairly, and with respect.
Like any proud Coloradan, she leverages her “home field advantage” representing clients all over town and helping them find the hidden gems. Whether that’s locating a special mid-century modern house in Littleton, an up-and-coming school district in Castle Rock, an authentic Italian restaurant in Parker or a caring Veterinarian in Commerce City. Quite simply, Whitney uses her roots to help clients grow their own real estate dreams.
An avid equestrian, skier and golfer, you can find Whitney exploring the outdoors in her spare time.
