About Tom Narvaez

As a Civil Engineer graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder, I never thought I would find my niche in Real Estate. I guess what sold me on this profession is that look in a client's eye when they find that perfect home or witnessing the pure joy and excitement of a first time home buyer. Ultimately, it really comes down to taking care of people. From my five years as an Air Force Officer, I have learned that there is no better feeling than taking care of others. If you treat people with respect, honesty and professionalism, you will be rewarded ten-fold. This is how I live my life and it has allowed me to attain all of my goals and aspirations. 

I began investing in the Denver real estate market in 1998 and since moving to Denver in 2005, I have sold properties from Thornton to Castle Rock, Golden to Strasburg (approximately 15 miles east of DIA).  My clientele is pretty evenly balanced between buyers and sellers with my production at approximately 20 transactions per year worth over $5M in total sales volume.  With the average real estate agent selling less than $2M in sales volume per year (according to the National Association of REALTORS®), you can see that I’m a dedicated, experienced, full time Real Estate Professional that knows how to get the job done!   Whether you are looking to buy or sell a home, I am driven and committed to meeting your real estate goals.

As a listing agent, my extensive marketing plan gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her property. For buyers, I help negotiate the best possible deal and will search until I find the perfect property. Similar to when I first started in the business, nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime.
