Steven Kruse is a valued Broker Associate with Kentwood Real Estate and All Denver Real Estate. He knows residential communities from Golden to Reunion like the back of his hand but he has worked in most communities in the northern section of the Denver metro area and suburbs.
Steven has been entrenched in real estate all of his life. Growing up as the son of a custom home builder, he witnessed in his father hard-work exemplified. Due to that background, Steven truly understands the evolution of a home, all the way from acquiring the land to the passing of the home to its new owners. He has used those skills to help new home buyers evaluate and purchase brand new homes from builders. Most recently, the sold the new homes at Solterra for Infinity Home Collection.
Steven loves helping Denver relocation buyers find the right neighborhoods for them.
“So often, folks are looking on line at great homes and don’t know anything about the neighborhoods. I like to council them about neighborhoods that fit their individual needs and lifestyles. Sometimes its a great suburban subdivision with top schools. Sometimes, it’s a hip, urban setting with lots of restaurants and entertainment within an easy walk. Everybody is different.”
Originally licensed in 1996 in the state of Georgia, Steven began his sales career by helping friends and family on their home search, while he simultaneously studied to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. In 2001, Steven took his passion for real estate to Colorado, so he could also enjoy his other interests of hiking, biking and snowboarding. While in Colorado, he has felt honored with the opportunity to be a part of some of the finest new home communities in Denver and its surrounding areas.
Steven has been a LEED A.P. since 2009 and has a deep understanding of “green” building. He has generated over $100 million in sales revenue and received multiple awards for both customer satisfaction and referral lead generation.
Steven met his beautiful wife in 2003, and they were married in 2005. Today, they enjoy living in Arapahoe County with their two boys, born in 2008 and 2011. Steven and his wife are active members of the Cherry Creek School District and supporters of the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver. In his spare time, Steven enjoys his hobbies of snowboarding and golf; traveling with his family; and volunteering with his sons’ activities.
