Phelps Blair is a fifth generation Denver native with a passion for helping others live their best lives. Having grown up in the Denver Country Club neighborhood, Phelps offers an insider’s perspective into the history of Metro Denver and how it’s developing for a new generation. Highly organized and hard-working, Phelps’ market knowledge is matched by his ability to help clients understand how real estate fits into their bigger picture.
Whether buying or selling their first, second or fifth home, Phelps is committed to providing unparalleled service to his clients and creating lasting relationships to help meet any needs down the road. With a background in residential construction, Phelps is able to walk his clients through any short- or long-term maintenance and repair issues that might arise – from fixing a leaky faucet to a complete home remodel – and put them in touch with his extensive network of experts to fix them.
Understanding that buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, Phelps works tirelessly to make the process as enjoyable as possible for his clients in areas including, but not limited to, Country Club, Cherry Creek, Wash Park, Cherry Hills Village, Congress Park, Park Hill and West Highlands.
Phelps attended Kent Denver and East High School, and studied communications at Metropolitan State University. When he’s not helping clients get the most out of the real estate process, Phelps spends his time exploring different Denver neighborhoods, honing his craftsmanship in sewing, blacksmithing, welding and construction, and enjoying the mountains – particularly fishing, skiing, mountain biking, paddle boarding and hiking.
