Born in Albuquerque, where she watched her parents and grandparents work in construction and real estate, Nancy and her husband, Allen, became Colorado residents in 1988. After raising their two children, Nancy joined her husband to run the golf programs at Colorado AvidGolfer, a regional lifestyle magazine.
She then entered the nonprofit sector, enjoying a successful career with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and March of Dimes. Her highly effective track record for fundraising, corporate and board development, volunteer supervision and relationship management led her to DaVita, Inc., where she headed up the Fortune 200 company’s social responsibility program. With a unique community and nonprofit business perspective, Nancy became the company’s Community Enrichment Manager, developing strategies and processes to create partnerships supporting nonprofits and community efforts in the Denver Metro region.
Throughout her corporate life, Nancy’s love of community and neighborhoods has fueled her lifelong passion for real estate—a passion has propelled her to launch the career of her dreams.
