Sometimes, we have even been able to be the winning offer without being the highest price. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the Hotz name is well known among Denver real estate brokers".

Denver MLS Search"Searching the MLS alone is not the best way to find new listings. National portals like Zillow have many old listings that are not even still for sale. However, our website All Denver Real Estate offers all current Denver MLS listings and its actually updated with new listings for sale every 15 minutes. Plus, I can sometimes find listings to show that aren't even in the Denver MLS through my office and broker connections."
