Kendra is a 3rd generation native of the Denver Metro Area and has spent 15 years in residential real estate in both San Francisco and Denver. She is recognized among her industry peers as a long-standing Top Producer with high attention to detail, a strong ability for negotiation and a straightforward approach with both buyers and sellers. Her past experiences in San Francisco's highly competitive market has made her a natural as Denver continues to see an influx of buyers, very low inventory and many multiple offer situations. Kendra can help you navigate the arduous process of buying or selling with empathy and strong advisement of how to win the offer. Kendra understands the unique historical character of each neighborhood, but has the benefit of the eye of a newcomer – which is especially helpful for those transitioning from out of town. She can also educate buyers on current trends and investment potential with a more robust knowledge of how Denver fits into overall market trends. Kendra will always put her client first and is a trusted advisor – not a sales person.
Before moving to Denver, Kendra was dubbed one of the Top Producing agents by both San Francisco's Vanguard Properties’ prestigious Top 21 Club between 2008-2012 and "Top Ten" at Climb Real Estate group in 2013 and 2014, where she was a founding broker. Kendra has amassed over $100 Million in transactions in her 12 year career. Wanting to be closer to her family and looking for a new challenge, Kendra returned to her beloved hometown of Denver after 2014 and has spent the last few years developing her knowledge of the Denver market. Most recently, Kendra joined Kentwood, Denver's premiere brokerage, as she believes it elevates her seller's listings and has excellent brand recognition in the Denver market.
A native of Denver, Colorado, Kendra received a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University and a BA from DePauw University. She moved to San Francisco in 1999 and initially worked as a journalist covering venture capital and investment in the semiconductor industry for Upside Magazine. She started working as a real estate agent in 2005.
Kendra resides in the Berkeley neighborhood in North Denver and loves the revitalization of Tennyson Street and being close to where her dad grew up in the 1950s. Kendra loves the energy of Denver and spends her free time exploring the local breweries, local art galleries, and dynamic food scene as well as attending the many historic live music venues of Denver. She is an avid pool player and lover of all things design. She gets outside and enjoys our 330+ days of sun by hiking in the mountains, walking her dog in the numerous open spaces, parks, and paths in and around Denver, and camping when she has time.
