Where you feel good, there is your home.
My Real Estate Philosophy: Putting My Clients First.
Buying and selling a home is one of the most important transitions in our lives. I work as an advocate and guide for my clients, putting their needs and wants first. I aim to patiently explain each step along the way and to help buyers and sellers weigh the pros and cons of each situation.
I work with new home owners, experienced home buyers and sellers, as well as real estate investors. By educating, listening to, and negotiating strongly for my clients, I work to provide the highest quality real estate service in the Denver metro area.
My Approach to Real Estate: Adapt and Evolve.
In a market like Denver, things change by the day. Neighborhoods evolve, architecture is modified, and prices continuously shift. Buyer and seller needs change just as quickly.
My approach to real estate is simple. I aim to continuously keep up with the shifting market, stay current on the developments and changes of the city, and remain an expert on Denver real estate. I am constantly adjusting my approach so that my clients continue to write the most competitive offers and get the most on the sale of their home.
A Little About Me:
I have been in Colorado for 13 years now after first migrating from Northern California to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder (Go Buffs!). I have spent some wonderful years in San Francisco, Jackson Hole, northern Wisconsin, and Montauk, New York before happily settling back into my favorite city of all, Denver.
In the summer I love taking my two cattle dogs, Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton to the Cherry Creek State Park to swim. In the winter you will find me in the mountains skiing with my husband Quinn and grabbing dinner at Hops and Pie on Tennyson on the way home. As a hobby, I teach yoga and am a certified birth doula. My favorite Colorado town (outside of Denver, of course!) is Telluride where my husband and I got married.
I look forward to meeting you and assisting with your real estate needs.
