A Denver native, with 12 years of successful real estate experience, Brittany has in-depth knowledge of the city’s wonderful neighborhoods and suburbs. As a Cherry Creek High School alum, she stayed true to her Colorado roots and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Business Marketing in 1999.
Working for an advertising agency in Downtown Denver gave her a great foundation for marketing and branding. Brittany extended her education in interior design and followed that path working in outside sales for the Denver Design Center. Traveling throughout Colorado, Wyoming & Utah in the luxury design industry sparked her love for architecture, real estate and helping people create their dream homes. Residential real estate emerged as the perfect career fit.
She began her real estate career in 2002 and worked with Fuller Sotheby’s International through 2010. From 2005-2009, she also worked with a local builder as their designated broker to build and sell 50+ new construction homes. Working on site with the general contractor, she gained extensive knowledge of the construction process. She is able to advise buyers on new construction contracts, buying/building process and upgrade finish selections. Brittany has also assisted many clients with home remodel projects and also personally gutted and renovated her current hom so she is no stranger to the possibilities, hard work and costs of renovations. Her ability to see homes as a blank canvas of possibilities, and effectively communicate those possibilities to her clients, allows her to open up many options to them.
In 2010, she expanded into commercial real estate working with Legend Retail Group developing essential knowledge of the retail market and a network of commercial brokers.
Brittany is able to advise her clients in both commercial and residential ventures. In 2014, the spark would lead her back to her true passion in residential real estate. She is thrilled to have joined Kentwood and the Tom Gross Team.
