Blake is a Denver native who brings great enthusiasm and energy to his new chosen career and true passion. Real estate, specifically classical architecture and historic preservation, have always been a passion of Blake’s and he is excited to bring this keen interest to his clients at Kentwood City Properties.
Blake graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina and it was during these years that he developed a passion for classic building techniques and historic preservation of all periods of architecture. After graduation, Blake began working in the oil & gas industry and subsequently received a Master’s Degree in Energy Management from the University of Colorado-Denver. After building and successfully managing several mineral and royalty funds throughout various resource plays in the continental U.S., Blake ultimately decided to follow his heart into real estate and partnered with an established Denver luxury home builder. By having the opportunity to remodel and be involved in all aspects of new construction, Blake brings the knowledge of how to make a diamond in the rough into a true gem. Whether it be preserving a historic building, building a new house or remodeling a mid-century modern, Blake’s main goal is helping his client discover a house’s true identity, thereby helping his client find the perfect home. His deep appreciation for the rich history of Denver and its many neighborhoods affords Blake a unique perspective on helping his clients achieve this ultimate goal.
Whether you’re an out of towner beginning a new chapter in Denver or the surrounding area, a young couple moving to better accommodate your growing family, or an empty nester looking to downsize, Blake is eager to help you find the perfect house. He will never pressure you into something that is not the right fit, nor encourage you to accept offers on your home simply to facilitate a sale. Blake won’t rest until his client is truly happy. If you need any help at all in your search for the perfect home, please don’t hesitate to call him.
