Nancy’s background includes public relations, marketing, sales, advertising, and the tourism and hospitality industries. She has negotiated contracts, created sales campaigns, established new offices, conducted market research, and has traveled extensively on behalf of her previous employers. Nancy earned her real estate license in 1992 and is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a Christie’s International Broker recognizing particular expertise in the luxury home market.
As a leading Broker Associate with Kentwood Real Estate, Nancy has garnered numerous prestigious awards for sales production, including the company’s annual $10 million-plus production award for 2013. She was recognized with the Denver Board of Realtors Million Dollar Roundtable award for sales in 2012 and 2013 and has been a consistent top producer since 1992.

Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Simmons College of Boston in 1981. She has also completed Xerox and IBM sales training courses. Nancy is a member of the National Charity League, the Junior League of Denver, and is an active supporter of the American Cancer Society. She has also served on numerous committees for the Cherry Creek School District since 1998.
Nancy enjoys traveling, the arts, skiing, tennis, and Colorado’s amazing outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and socializing with old and new friends.
Nancy’s husband, Andy, is an accomplished architect who has helped her appreciate the qualities inherent to a quality home. Her knowledge of metro Denver’s neighborhoods is extensive, and she has sold homes in Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Washington Park, Country Club, Cherry Creek, Observatory Park, LoDo, Uptown Denver, and many surrounding neighborhoods.
