Number Of Years In Real Estate:

Traveling off the grid throughout the world with the family. Nontraditional places to stay, seeing and being in their culture, interacting, and eating their food.

Bicycling either on the road, gravel, snow, sand or mountain.  Having a collection of high-end bikes for all terrains and weather is my hobby that I enjoy experiencing.

Art and designing architectural ideas waiting to become reality.  Educated in architecture and selling architecture, albeit homes, it’s given thought to the question of what is that next transformation “Architecture 2.0” design habitat concept. I’m always searching for that ideal habitat that encompasses all environmental considerations that’s visually attractive and livable.

Describe Yourself In 5 Words:

Caring, honest, achiever, creative, and fun!

Favorite Thing To Do In Colorado:

Looking west watching a Colorado sunset while having a classic Cabernet glass of wine.

Favorite Place To Grab A Drink:

Anywhere I’m with family and friends, especially at Williams and Graham, Halcyon Roof Top Bar in Cherry Creek, and our South Deck at home!

One Unusual Thing About You:

I have one patent and applying for a provisional patent now.

What Is One Item On Your Bucket List?

Too many however, traversing the Amazon coming in 2018.  That’s right, sit on a slim canoe made from a tree carved by the Apurina Indians, without electronics, guided by an experienced guide and the stars, eating what earth provides while avoid being eaten.

What Is Your Proudest Accomplishment And Why?

Having helped raise three wonderful sons with my wife Cindy!  The less I became a workaholic, the more I appreciate my family and how proud I am of who they have become.  They are caring, productive, and fun individuals.  Nothing else makes me prouder.

What Is The Most Adventurous Thing You’ve Ever Done?

Mountain biked the Colorado Trail from Waterton Canyon, Denver, to Durango, 535 miles.  Solo with a Yak single wheel suspension trailer, self-contained, over a couple of summers.  Colorado is beautiful, we are so fortunate.

If You Could Master Any Skill That You Don’t Currently Have, What Would It Be And Why?

Becoming a Master Chef.  I’m challenged boiling eggs, and would love the opportunity to prepare a wonderful dish.

If You Could Have Dinner With Anyone, Who Would It Be And Why?

A challenged young man or woman. Helping those wanting a better life regardless of their challenges.  Listening, discovering everything about them so they can help themselves energies me.

If You Could Live In A Book, TV Show, Or Movie What Would It Be And Why?

Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown.  I’d love to shadow him and eat, drink, and experience all the places he’s visited.  He lives life fully without hesitation and with expression.
