Elevation 5003 Distillery

Elevation is a small batch distillery located in the beautiful city of Fort Collins, Colorado. Their focus is on innovative, hand-crafted distilled spirits. They mash, lauter, ferment, distill, filter, and bottle all their spirits at the distillery while focusing on an environmentally empowered processes. Head into the taste room for an amazing cocktail and pick up a bottle. Their patio is open and dog-friendly!

Feisty Spirits Distillery

Mobb Mountain Distillery

Location: 400 Linden Street

At Mobb Mountain, nature is close to the heart and their spirits are made to represent their fiery passion for it. Just a few hundred feet from the wild and scenic Cache la Poudre river, this newly renovated distillery awaits you! The Mobb Mountain Distillery isn’t just a place that serves spirits, it’s a place to meet new friends, feel comfortable, and share stories!

Old Town Distilling Co.

Location: 513 North Link Lane Unit E

Old Town Distilling Co., located in the brewing district of Fort Collins, is Northern Colorado’s first and only certified organic distillery. In solidarity with local organic agriculture and to limit their carbon footprint, they source all raw ingredients from within the state of Colorado, working closely with neighboring organic farmers. They strive to craft the finest spirits possible that, while inspired by the traditions of their favorite distilleries, are wholly original in quality and concept and distinctive in taste.

Coppermuse Distillery

Location: 244 north College Avenue #105

At CopperMuse, it’s their calling to find the best inspiration, distill it, and share it with the world. And you can taste it — from the first sip to the last drop. Their mission is to build upon Fort Collins’ excellent craft brewing heritage and apply these standards of quality to our distilling works. They produce premium, hand-crafted spirits that include vodka, whiskey, rum, and liqueurs that will push your taste experience beyond mainstream, corporate producers. Their comfy, lively tasting room offers a unique selection of hand-crafted cocktails and infusions. NoCo Distillery

Location: 328 Link Lane Court #11

This micro distillery sits at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains where they get their pristine alpine water from. They use small hand-crafted American made copper stills. Only the finest American & European oak casks are used to age their premium craft spirits. Their spirits are masterfully crafted by renowned industry experts for your enjoyment. NOCO Distillery’s in-house experts strive for perfection for they must produce only craft spirits that deserve their name. And they are glad to say that their whiskeys, gins, rums, vodka, and brandy are deserving of such honor. They currently produce over 30 different spirits.
