Odell Brewing was the first craft brewery to call Fort Collins home and is still going strong today. New Belgium Brewing is one of the most unique breweries in the industry and contributes it’s own flavor to the unique culture of Fort Collins. There is also Equinox Brewing, a lesser-known brewery but with just as delicious beer offerings. And they even let you take the recipes home. If you can’t choose just one, make a day of it!
