Beast + Bottle

The “beast” refers to the restaurant’s appreciation for the whole animal, utilizing all parts to honor its integrity. The “bottle” refers to drinks. B +B’s wine selection is influenced by the European tradition of drinking wine how you’d like – whether that’s a glass or by the liter.

Beast and Bottle’s food and drink menus are inspired by seasonal progression and feature ingredients sourced from local farms and purveyors. They aim to create an inclusive, fine-dining experience by serving only fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients. They strive to bring Denver the freshest seasonal food and drinks possible.

Izakaya Den is a Japanese gastro pub serving global cuisine. Different textures and flavors from all over the world come together to create new taste sensations.  The menu is tapas style. The smaller portions allow you to order a few dishes and share, taking advantage of the exhilarating variety.

While much of the artwork and other stylistic details were imported from Japan, Izakaya Den is ultimately more sophisticated than your working stiffs’ pub. Its unique atmosphere is a cross between Japanese elegance and all those building materials that make a space upscale and modern.
