Number Of Years In Real Estate:
Exercising when I can find the time, running or going to the gym. I also love to read, again when I have the time which is rare! My favorite hobby would have to be golf and I would love to find a way to play more often, even just a few times a season.
Enthusiastic, genuine, caring, positive, fun!
Skiing with our family and friends, I didn’t grow up in CO and being able to drive up to the mountains is very special, we are lucky to live in this great city!
We try to stretch our wings but always find ourselves back at Hillstone for either a margarita or a glass of Malbec, it never gets old. Love their food as well.
This is a bit random but I LOVE predicting the end of TV shows and movies, and it drives my husband crazy. My inner detective can’t help it, and about 90% of the time I am correct. The kids think it is a special gift 😉
Now that the kids are “older” I would love to travel to Europe with the entire family. I would love to rent a house some time during the summer, in the south of France and explore the region, that would be an amazing trip!
Other than our family, I would have to say building a successful career in real estate in Denver. My mother has been an agent in Chicago for almost 30 years. She started when I went off to college, and is still practicing today. I never thought I would follow in her footsteps with this career, but now that I have I appreciate what she did for me so much more. She always encouraged and pushed me through the toughest times, and showed me the benefit of persistence and a positive attitude. Most people don’t realize what a tough industry this can be to get into, especially when I was new to Denver. I will forever be grateful for not only my mother’s, but also my husband’s, support and patience. And when I say patience, I mean loads of it!
I went backpacking in Europe with 2 of my dear friends for 3 weeks post college…it was a wonderful and amazing trip! I look at that experience and think of one of our kids doing this when they graduate…and with no cell phone or computer around, I would be beyond worried!! We did it and had a fabulous time and we have so many fabulous and fun memories.
I have always wanted to be a better photographer. I should probably take a class, it would help in this profession! Also, I wish I was a more creative and crafty person…I often feel as though our children are missing out on lots of crafty home projects.
I would love to have dinner with my mom’s extended family and my father’s family that I never met or knew well. I love history, and equally love the thought of spending an evening with them to find out more about their lives, about our family’s history.
My most memorable concert was my first which was Squeeze with the Hooters opening for them, I have no idea what year but it was a LONG time ago. Madonna at Soldier Field was another memorable one. Last summer we went to Mumford and Sons which was amazing!
