Team Denver Homes of Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek Announces Annual Hilltop Garage Sale for May 17th

Eric Grauberger and Mor Zucker, two leading real estate professionals who comprise the Team Denver Homes real estate team at Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek, have announced the annual Hilltop Garage Sale for Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The annual decluttering and bargain hunting event provides a great opportunity for participants to enjoy a few hours of fun and shopping in Denver’s historic Hilltop neighborhood.

“Last year we had 27 homeowners participate and most homes were sold out of their items before the end of the event,” said Zucker.  “Ten of the homeowners also included lemonade and bakery stands run by their children or grandchildren.  It’s an all-inclusive family event and we are looking forward to another fantastic and successful garage sale.”

For homeowners in the Hilltop neighborhood who would like to be included in the sellers map, you can sign up via email at with your full name, email and property address no later than May 12th.  The sellers map will be both interactive and printable, and it’s a great way to get people to find your garage sale.  It will also be published on the Team Denver Homes website on Friday, May 15th.
