DENVER – Mor Zucker, a leading Broker Associate with Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek, recently attended Luxury Real Estate’s 13th Annual Spring Retreat held April 7-10, 2015 in Herradura, Costa Rica. Zucker is part of Team Denver Homes at Kentwood Real Estate along with Eric Grauberger. She was a guest speaker at the spring retreat with a presentation titled Utilizing Technology for Marketing Luxury Properties. She teamed with friend and colleague Chip Gardner of Gardner Realtors to make the presentation. Zucker was accompanied at the retreat by Rollie Jordan, also a top producing broker at Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek.
Luxury Real Estate is known in the industry as the Who’s Who in the Luxury Real Estate network, a global collection of the finest luxury real estate brokers in the world. The network encompasses more than 130,000 professionals in more than 85 countries who collectively sell more than $190 billion of real estate annually. LuxuryRealEstate.com has remained the number one portal for luxury properties on the internet and has several times more $1 million-plus content than any of its closest peers.
“I am incredibly honored to have taken part in Luxury Real Estate’s spring retreat in Costa Rica,” said Zucker. “Being invited to speak at the conference along with my friend and colleague Chip Gardner regarding the utilization of technology to market luxury properties was a testament to this network’s recognition of the importance of adapting to technology in the real estate market and how agents of any age and brokerages of any size can always learn new ways to improve their business.”
“Along with this great honor, I also learned some new ideas from other network members for my own business,” Zucker continued. “Most importantly, I met with old friends and made new ones along the way, which is very important to me both personally and professionally. Costa Rica is also a beautiful country and it was a great setting for the retreat. I was so happy that I got to explore and enjoy it along with my family.”
Zucker and Gardner’s presentation included discussions about the importance of agents and brokerages adapting to technology, including responsive website design, digitized listing presentations, the importance of video, and how Kentwood Real Estate now offers its brokers the Matterport 3D Camera, Drone aerial photography, Google Glasses, and more. The presentation also included how to use social media correctly and how to further benefit from the Luxury Real Estate website.
Members of the Luxury Real Estate network are selected by Chairman/Publisher John Brian Losh, one of Realtor Magazine’s 25 Most Influential People in Real Estate and broker of fine properties and estates through his Seattle-based brokerage firm, Ewing & Clark, Inc.
